Yes. Lens operates independently. You import RO data from your DMS via CSV export, or enter findings manually. No other BayWise products are required. When a dealership also runs BayWise Scheduler, live RO data feeds Lens directly — removing the import step entirely.

Your RO exports, call logs, and inspection records are processed within your engagement workspace only and are not accessible outside it. The consultant you authorise has access for the duration of the active engagement — when the engagement closes, access is automatically revoked. For enterprise deployments, each dealership's data is isolated within its own workspace; portfolio dashboards show aggregated metrics only, never raw data from individual locations.
